What's New In GoHighLevel: November 2026
GoHighLevel ships a lot. HighLevel's LevelUp Day summary alone, published Oct 27, 2026, runs to well over 100 named items. Most of them will never matter to a business owner, and a few are worth an hour of your time this month.
This is our monthly report on GoHighLevel updates. It covers what we could confirm in HighLevel's own changelog, help docs and blog from Oct 2, 2026 through Nov 4, 2026, sorted by what you should do about it.

What Should You Do In GoHighLevel This Month?
Free guide: What To Do This Month. The three jobs below, with the exact menus and a box to tick, plus what to look at and what to skip, on one printable page. No form to fill in and no email needed.
Check Whether Your AI Chat Agent Is Still On GPT-4.1
Listed Nov 3, 2026. GPT-6 Sol is now the recommended model in Conversation AI, for prompt based agents. HighLevel says OpenAI is deprecating GPT-4.1 and that it will retire GPT-4.1 in Conversation AI, with no date given as of Nov 5, 2026. New prompt based agents start on GPT-6 Sol, but existing agents keep the model you selected, so nothing moves yours for you.
What to do:
- Go to AI Agents > Conversation AI, open your agent, and open the Model menu on the Build tab.
- If it says GPT-4.1, HighLevel's advice is to select GPT-6 Sol, save it, and try it in Test your agent.
- Run real questions through it, because HighLevel warns that each model writes in its own way. It says the cost per reply is about the same.
- Read the secondary model line too. The notice leaves this out, but an agent can also have a secondary model that takes over if the primary has problems.
Agents on GPT-5 or GPT-5 Mini already run on GPT-6 Sol and need nothing.

Find Out How Many Of Your Leads Have No Source
Published Oct 9, 2026. The Lead Source Report now shows money values across pipeline statuses, lets you click a count to see the deals behind it, and adds a filter for empty sources.
What to do: open Reporting > Lead Source Report and set the Source filter to Is empty. Whatever remains is business you cannot trace to a channel. It tells you how far to trust the rest of that report.

Check Which Workflows Need Review
The Oct 27, 2026 LevelUp summary reports a new view called Workflow Maps. HighLevel documents it as pulling execution errors from across a sub account into one view and flagging workflows that need attention, plus listing workflows with default names, workflows with no recent enrollments, and empty folders. It was not visible in our own account on Nov 5, 2026: not in the Automation tabs, the Workflows list tabs or Settings > Labs. HighLevel's help says access at launch is limited to agency users and agency admins.
What to do: go to Automation > Workflows and open the Needs review tab. It reads "Workflows with errors in the past 30 days which are not resolved are listed below." Open any workflow listed there and read its Execution logs tab to find the step that failed. Mark as read fixes nothing: HighLevel's help says it does not repair the workflow or retry the failed execution. If you want the fuller view, ask your agency for Workflow Maps.

One caution from us. HighLevel describes these as errors from recent runs, so we would not expect an automation nothing starts to show here. We could not test whether Workflow Maps catches a step pointing at a deleted tag, pipeline or automation, because the view is not visible to us. Whatever your screen shows, pair it with our GoHighLevel account audit checklist.

If you cannot open that tab, send this to whoever manages your account.
Copy this to whoever manages your account
Hey, can you send me what the Needs review tab under Automation > Workflows shows today in our GoHighLevel account, and tell me whether we have Workflow Maps? Please also tell me which model each of our Conversation AI agents is on. Thank you.
If you have several agents, or nobody can answer that message, this stops being an hour. We build and manage GoHighLevel accounts, so these checks become our job, not yours.
What Is Worth A Look If It Fits Your Business?
- You use an AI chat agent: Conversation AI audit logs (Oct 9, 2026). Settings > Audit Logs now records when an agent was switched on, paused or handed off, and what caused it. Filter by Conversation AI Activity the next time an agent goes quiet.
- Your site is on GoHighLevel: the SEO & AEO tab (Oct 16, 2026). In Sites > Websites or Funnels, it shows which pages are missing schema and generates it. The post states no price, so read the screen before you confirm anything.
- Your team works leads together: Add Internal Comment (Oct 16, 2026). This workflow action posts a private note in a conversation and can tag a teammate, which is a cleaner handoff than a text to someone's phone.
- You use quizzes: conditional logic (listed Nov 2, 2026). You can now send people to different pages based on their score.
- Someone hands you a snapshot: automated dependency resolution (Oct 27, 2026). Snapshots now bundle the assets a workflow or email template depends on. That should mean fewer broken automations on load. Still run a real test after any import.
- You send email campaigns: a pre-send spam check (Oct 27, 2026). It flags spam risk before a campaign goes out. Use it, and keep reading your own emails.
Is Connecting Muse By Meta A Good Idea?
Published Oct 2, 2026. Muse by Meta is now live in HighLevel. You complete a sign in, choose sub accounts and approve scopes, and Meta's AI agent can then reach over 600 operations across 38 areas of your CRM.
That is a serious level of access, so treat it like hiring someone. Before you connect it, decide who in your business would be allowed to do the same things, and approve only the scopes you would hand that person. If you have no specific job for it yet, wait.

What Can You Safely Ignore For Now?
- Ask AI on mobile (listed Nov 2, 2026). The iOS Action button, Contacts AI and connectors are conveniences. Skip them until your lead follow up works.
- Communities updates (listed Nov 2, 2026). Paid channels, multiple pricing plans and the analytics dashboard matter only if you sell a membership community.
- Claude and Gemini models in Conversation AI (Oct 23, 2026). This is a Labs setting. Finish any GPT-4.1 move above first, and change one thing at a time.
- AI Studio additions (Oct 9 and Oct 16, 2026). In app payments and GitHub sync are for people building custom apps.
What Is Still In Beta?

Do not plan your month around these. Field Services (listed Nov 3, 2026) brings requests, jobs, scheduling and dispatch into one module, and it is in private beta with an interest form. If you run a home service company, it is worth signing up to watch, not worth moving your operation onto yet.
The beta labels come from the LevelUp Day summary, which also marks many of the new opportunity features as private beta. The Workflows API notice says it is enabled only for selected sub accounts, and that notice shows no date.
What Changed That You Can Stop Worrying About?
HighLevel had announced voice pricing changes for Oct 13, 2026. It has since said they will no longer be implemented, because the underlying providers cancelled them. Affected rates stay the same, and you have nothing to do. That notice shows no date either.
Listed Nov 4, 2026. Your Facebook connection is moving to HighLevel's Marketplace setup. HighLevel says existing connections are being migrated and you do not need to disconnect them. Connecting more than one Facebook account to a sub account is a Labs setting, and Shops and Ad Accounts still take only one account.
How We Put This Report Together
We read HighLevel's changelog, its Release Radar posts and its help docs, and we link each item to the page we read. If we could not confirm something from HighLevel directly, it is not here. Dates are the dates HighLevel shows; where only a monthly list shows a date, we say listed.
Who Keeps Up With This In Your Account?
This list comes back every month, and someone has to read it and test it in your account. If that should not be you, book a call with us. Create Assistants builds and manages GoHighLevel accounts, and keeping up with it is the job. When something breaks or needs changing, you message us and we fix it.
GoHighLevel Updates FAQ

Where does HighLevel publish its updates?
In three places: the changelog, the weekly Release Radar posts on its blog, and its help docs. We read all three for this report.
Will my Conversation AI agent switch to GPT-6 Sol automatically?
Not if it is on GPT-4.1. HighLevel says existing agents keep their selected model, and agents on GPT-5 or GPT-5 Mini already run on GPT-6 Sol. Check the Model menu on your agent's Build tab.
Does GPT-4.1 have a retirement date in GoHighLevel?
Not as of Nov 5, 2026. HighLevel says it will retire GPT-4.1 in Conversation AI and has not given a date, so switch when you have time to test it properly.
Did GoHighLevel voice pricing change on Oct 13, 2026?
No. HighLevel announced the change and later said it will no longer be implemented, and the affected rates stay the same.
Should I turn on every new GoHighLevel feature?
No. Turn on a feature when you can name the job it does in your business, and test it on one real path first. Private beta features can change, so do not build your operation around them.
